Turin Canada is a Canadian family-owned company located in the Province of Québec that supplies kitchen and bathroom improvement products to the public across Canada.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are manufactured in China and distributed exclusively in Canada.

Do you offer in-home installation or certified technician services?

Turin Canada is a supplier of home improvement products, parts, and accessories only. While purchasing our products, the customer must be aware that the services of an in-home certified technician or installation professional may be required at their own expense.

Are you affiliated with any in-home technicians or installation professional services?

No. However, we can assure you that our products follow standardized designs in Canada, ensuring that you will have no trouble finding an appropriate service in your region.

What is the Limited Warranty?

Turin Canada Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in parts and accessories for a period of 1 or 2 years on kitchen products and 5 years on bathroom products.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect and provide proof of purchase along with a photo or video of the damaged parts and accessories. Some conditions may apply.

What are the conditions to apply the Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects in parts and accessories for kitchen and bathroom products?

Please assess the product's functionality by following the troubleshooting tips or consulting a professional service. Identify any damaged parts or accessories that require replacement.

For purchases made three or more years ago, the customer or professional must provide the serial number of the damaged part to ensure safety and compatibility. 

A photo or video of the issue, along with the necessary details and proof of purchase, must be submitted by completing the request form at www.myturin.com or by contacting us at service@myturin.com. Our team will respond as soon as possible, typically within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time business hours).

Is there a way I can see if a product is displayed in a specific store?

As an online brand supplier for retail, Turin Canada products can only be purchased online. You may refer to our affiliated online retailers for more information on product availability.

Why are some products not available for purchase?

During peak periods, delays in shipping or transportation can lead to temporary unavailability of products for online purchase. We strive to provide all Turin Canada products and parts promptly. For more information on the availability of an item, please contact us at service@myturin.com .

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return products purchased online from retailers?

Turin Canada brand products purchased through an online retailer are subject to the return and exchange policies of the respective retailer. For more information, please contact your local retailer directly. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and uninstalled.

Is it possible to return replacement parts or accessories purchased at www.myturin.com?

Replacement parts and accessories purchased at www.myturin.com may be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. Shipping and return fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The item must be returned in it's original packaging, not used and uninstall, along with the proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our service team through the request form at www.myturin.com or by emailing us at service@myturin.com. Receipt of unauthorized items will be returned to sender without notification.

Is it possible to exchange replacement parts or accessories purchased www.myturin.com ?

Exchanges are permitted for damaged or defective parts received within 10 days of the purchase date. An exchange will be done for the same model (SKU). No refunds or credits will be provided. To process an exchange, a photo or video of the damaged or defective part, along with the proof of purchase, is required.
