Where do your products come from?
Our products are manufactured in China and distributed exclusively in Canada.

What are your warranties?
Turin Canada's limited warranty covers manufacturing defects on parts for a period of two years on kitchen products, or five years on shower products on the date of initial purchase. Some conditions may apply.

Do you offer installation or services?
No. Turin Canada provides home improvement products for personal installation. The services of a professional may be needed at the customer expanses.

Are you affiliated with any installation technicians or services?

No. However, we can assure you that our products are of standardized design in Canada and the U.S., and that you will have no trouble finding an appropriate service.

What are the conditions to obtain a replacement on damaged parts?

Please evaluate the functionability of the product by following the troubleshooting tips or by doing business with a professional service. You must identify the damaged part(s) that need to be replaced. The customer or professional must be able to provide the damaged part(s) serial number for purchases of 3 years or more for safety and compatibility reasons. A photo or video must then be forwarded to our customer service for the application of the Limited Warranty. Also, all spare parts can be purchased online by visiting www.myturin.com.

Is there a way I can see if a product is displayed in a specific store?

As an online retailer only, Turin Canada products can only be purchased online.

Why are some products not available for purchase?

During peak periods, delays in shipping or transportation can lead to temporary unavailability of products for online purchase. We strive to provide all Turin Canada products and parts promptly. For more information on the availability of an item, please contact us at service@myturin.com .

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return products purchased online from retailers?
For more information on affiliated retailers Return or Exchange Policy, please contact your local retailer store. The item must be returned in it's original packaging, not used and uninstalled.

Is it possible to return replacement parts purchased at www.myturin.com?

Parts purchased through www.myturin.com are non-refundable. Some conditions may apply.

Is it possible to exchange replacement parts purchased www.myturin.com ?
Exchange is considered on 30 days from the initial date of purchase. A return authorisation is required. Please e-mail us at service@myturin.com. The item must be returned at the customer's expense, in it's original packaging, not used and uninstall. Only the exchange for an identical product is allowed. Receipt of unauthorized items will be returned to sender without notification.
